With professional empowerment, our focus is on enhancing your performance in areas such as leadership, autonomy, decision-making, negotiation networking and relationship building. Because MIPRO serves as the foundation and guiding principle of professional empowerment, we integrate self-mentalizing and other-mentalizing skills into your tailored professional development program. The intake generally involves: - an introduction and welcome - a needs assessment conducted through a semi-structured interview (exploring current situation, strengths, values, beliefs, and any obstacles you may be facing) - skills assessments, if required, in the form of short questionnaires - an explanation of the consultation process - Q&A session to address questions and concerns - a summary of key points discussed, and an initial proposal for a personalized professional empowerment roadmap
