Mentalization Master Training

Duration: Each Master takes one full day onsite and requires approximately six hours of online preparation time.
Focus: Each Master offers a specialized, high-level training program designed to provide in-depth expertise and advanced skills in one of the mentalization levels.
Who it's for: Mentalization Masters are ideal for individuals seeking foundational knowledge and experience in mentalization and aiming to refine their skills to a mastery level.

Core Components of our Mentalization Master Training:

Complete an online self-assessment of mentalization competencies (preparation).

Review the assessment report generated from your online self-assessment (preparation).

Build theoretical understanding of mentalization through our online video content (preparation).

Develop mentalization skills and work toward advanced competencies (in-person training).

Focus: The workshops are designed to explore mentalization applications either in general or within a specific area or field. While they do not include in-depth practice or certification, they provide a strong foundation for understanding the mentalization framework.
Who it's for: Teams or individuals seeking to understand how to apply mentalization in a specific area or field, or to gain a general understanding of what mentalization entails.

We host one-day training sessions and workshops in person across various cities in Portugal, where our operations are based. For more comprehensive programs, such as the Certified Mentalization Master Bootcamp (CMMB) and the Certified Mentalization-Based Coaching Master (CMBCM), these are typically conducted over four days and offered in corporate or group settings, both in Portugal and abroad.
